He has been looking at Internet sites, finding ways to make them better, he actually goes out to ebay.com to the area where people sell websites and he looks for websites that are under utilized, in other words, they seem to have some traffic, they seem to have some sales, but their owners just really don’t know what they’re doing or don’t value the site.

He then goes out there and makes an offer on those Internet sites. Jeff Paul says in Shortcut to Internet Millions, he takes those sites from the owners in exchange for his bid price, and then he instantly goes out and joint ventures with other Internet sites all over the place that market to the same types of customers, so he instantly boosts the traffic to that site which, of course, gets sales.

Jeff Paul says in Shortcut to Internet Millions, he then captures email addresses by giving away something very valuable, and then he uses what he calls linking strategies to create a web of resources of other like minded Internet sites so that they will also link back to him. So, he instantly creates a bond and creates a network of sites, and then he builds up the traffic and sales, and he goes out and sells it for 5, 10, 15 times what he bought it for.
